Our History
Formally Parkland Equestrian Center, We welcome you to Cedar Ridge Estates, LRCA Ranch & LRCA Ranch Rentals all under one roof. We founded LRCA Ranch out of sturgeon county is 2022 and is family owned and operated. Unfortunately we grew out of the old property due to bigger dreams only to find Parkland Equestrian to be our new home. We are proud to bring on a new chapter by creating Cedar Ridge Estates, allowing us to host large clinics, rodeos, jackpots, petting zoos, wedding events, birthdays. where we can celebrate together bringing the ultimate experience for all. Come join us and be apart of our family orientated facility.
Our Facilities
Cedar Ridge offers a large Event Center with two indoor areas (110ft x 240ft), (80ft x 100ft) and large 100ft x 250ft outdoor arena, 50 full services metal fenced paddocks with auto waters, 44 well maintained indoor stalls with wash bay and tie stalls, two boardrooms for special events or training, overnight camping, trailsides, our very own petting zoo and so much more. The possibilities are endless.

Our main event arena is 110ft x 240ft allowing larger events and clinics, with large viewing rooms and stands for spectators. Our arena is built to host all disciplines and equipped with roping chutes, Jumps, and pens.

Our second arena is 80ft x 100ft allowing smaller clinics and events. Great for warm ups and quieter use. This arena is equipped with jumps as requested.

Our outdoor arena is 100ft x 250ft and is a great summer arena for all disciplines. Our outdoor arena will be equipped with roping chutes, pens, and jumps as requested.

Cedar Ridge Estates offers Private, Semi Private paddocks with auto waters. We offer free feeding feeders, or hand feed services providing quality hay or supplements at additional costs.

Cedar Ridge Estates offers our boardroom for small events, training or clinics. Our boardroom has a large conference table, gas fireplace and windows overlooking our large arena.

Dan Duckering Horsemanship Clinic
Cedar Ridge Estates is pleased to have Dan Duckering host his own Horsemanship Clinic on May 2 & 3rd, 2026.
In 2025, Dan showed only one horse - 3 year old and still finished as NARHA Beginner horse open season leader. That same horse earned NARHA horse of the year, His client group secured 14 championship titles. Thats structured training producing measurable results.
10 riders total with two small working groups (5 riders each) for $355 per rider (Full Weekend) Lunch will be provided for both days: Day 1 - Smoked Brisket, Day 2 - Pulled Pork + Buns
Camping available, $50/24 hr day stalling and $30/day auditing
Wanita Davies Horsemanship Clinic
Come join us April 18th and 19th for a weekend of horsemanship groundwork with Wanita Davies.
This clinic is entered around developing a safer, softer, more responsive horse from the ground up. Strong foundation and clear communication for real results.
Pricing is $450 per rider (Full 2-day weekend) $50 per auditor per day, $50 per 24hr day stalling.
Lunch provided for both days, day 1 - Homestyle chill& fresh buns, day 2 - Slow roasted pulled pork on fresh buns. Bottled water included.
Horse Lessons at Cedar Ridge
We are proud to officially welcome Cheyenne Scott as our foundational instructor for beginner and youth riders at Cedar Ridge Estates.
This program is built on correct fundamentals, confidence building, and developing a true partnership between horse and rider.
At Cedar Ridge, our lesson horses are treated as equine athletes — carefully managed schedules, professional care, and structured programming ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
We offer horses suited for multiple stages of development — from our quiet, confidence-building walking horses to mounts with a little more pep in their step for riders ready to advance.
